What is a Barndominium?
Once seen as a trendy take on new builds, barndominiums are quickly becoming a home of the future. These homes are built with a post frame pole building shell and a finished interior that once inside, is hard to differentiate from a traditionally built home.
These homes fit perfectly in rural and suburban settings alike and are completely customizable from the metal siding colors to the roof, to the wood gables.
Averaging around $140-$150 per square foot, these homes provide ample room for customization and can be tailored to your family's needs.
What is the Process?
The process to build with us is similar to any custom home builder. We start by getting a good idea of your price point, what type of floor plan you are desiring and where you are building. A site visit to your future homesite will help us to nail down the exact location of your building, elevations, and any preparations that will be needed to get the land ready to build on.
Once we are in the building process, we will communicate with you every step of the way regarding decisions and timelines. An interior design consultant will be available to meet with you onsite and/or virtually to help where needed in the process. They can help with large items such as picking countertops and cabinets, or with smaller details such as lighting and fixtures.
